Philly's Black-owned hookah & cocktail lounge in the heart of Olney. Premium hookah, signature cocktails, Caribbean-style bites and DJs that keep the music on point — seven nights a week.
Since 2020, Uptop Bar & Lounge has been the spot on North 5th Street where the whole neighborhood links up — steps from the Fern Rock Transportation Center, right in the heart of Olney.
We're a proudly Black-owned bar and lounge built on three things: good food, good drinks, and good vibes. Pull up for premium hookah and island-inspired bites, stay for the bartenders who remember your order and the DJs who never miss.
Whether it's a chill weeknight hookah session or a packed-out Saturday, Uptop keeps the energy right — with security on site, free entry, and a crowd that feels like family.
Everything you need for a proper night out — under one roof, no cover charge.
Fresh-packed bowls, premium flavors and smooth clouds all night. Solo sessions or shared for the table — ask your server for tonight's flavor lineup.
Hand-built cocktails, island punches, premium spirits, wine and cold beer. Go bottles with your section for the best value in the building.
Island-inspired kitchen plates — jerk wings, seafood, loaded fries and more, served late so you're never drinking on an empty stomach.
Reggae, dancehall, afrobeats, R&B and hip-hop — the music stays on point every night, with special events every Saturday.
Seven nights of vibes — pull up any day and we got you.
The music is always on point — the DJ reads the room every single time. One of the few spots in the city where the vibe never drops off.
Bartenders are attentive and the customer service is excellent. They treat you like a regular even on your first visit.
Real Jamaican vibes in Philly. Good drinks, great hookah, and security keeps everything smooth. My go-to spot in Olney.
Free entry, free parking, cold drinks and a packed house on Saturdays. Pro tip: get a bottle with your section — best value in the building.
Birthdays, celebrations, or just a proper night out with your people — lock in your section and we'll have it ready when you walk in.
